GOAL: Grade One at the Library

RSVP for the GOAL Celebration

Because a library card is the most important school supply of all…

Reach your GOALs with GOAL!

Help your first-grade students shoot for the GOAL of a lifelong love of reading and learning! First grade is a time for children to learn to read. With our GOAL initiative, we strive to encourage a thirst for reading by introducing your child to the abundance of books, programs, and computer resources available through a library membership.

Every September, York County Libraries and PeoplesBank team up for the Grade One At the Library (GOAL) Membership program, and your first grader is invited to join!

Simply fill out an online application below. If you prefer, paper copies of the application are available at your child’s school; please return the paper copy to your child’s teacher or school building.
